Our service creates and sells a custom built special purpose vehicle (SPV) that has: (1) substantial charitable contribution deduction that can help a company save million in taxes; and (2) a royalty-free right to use a collection of 100,000 digital historic images from our massive AIVT for use in machine learning, AI development, and or advertising.
The purchase price of a SPV is equal to the 85% of the tax savings. Our service offering is based on IRS Form 8283. Each sale receives an IRS Private Letter Ruling that allows the transaction to proceed.
We presently have a robust inventory of over $2 billion in original physical images for the charitable donations to the qualified nonprofit desired by the client or the use of our affiliated qualified charity.
